Thai for Business Conversation (Contract)

ลูกค้าให้คำตอบหรือยัง

(Lûuk-kâa hâi kam-dtàwb rüue yang?)

Has the customer given the answer yet?

เขาไม่ยอมเซ็นสัญญาหรอ

(Käo mâi yawm sen sän-yaa räw?)

He’s not willing to sign a contract, is he?

ในสัญญานี้มีอะไรไม่ชัดเจนหรือเปล่า

(Nai sän-yaa nîi mii à-rai mâi chád-jayn rúue bplàao?)

Are there anything not clear in the contract?

ลูกค้าสนใจแต่ตอนนี้ไม่มีงบประมาณ

(Lûuk-kâa sön-jai dtàe dtawn-níi mâi mii ngób-bprà-màan.)

The customer is interested but there is no budget for now.

ลูกค้าถามว่าทำไมต้องมีเงื่อนไขแบบนี้

(Lûuk-kâa täam wâa tam-mai dtâwng mii ngûean-käi bàeb-nîi?)

The customer asked “why must there be this kind of terms and conditions?”

อย่าสัญญาถ้าคุณทำไม่ได้

(Yàa sän-yaa tâa khun tam mâi dâi.)

Don’t promise, if you can’t deliver it.

ตกลง ผมจะเซ็นสัญญา

(Dtòk-long pöm jà sen sän-yaa.)

Okay (as in “deal”, “agree on”), I will sign the contract.
